Recommended 4th of July Catering Menus
The 4th of July is generally a day where events come with a bang! (Between fire and permitting restrictions and the emergence of drones this is becoming less of a given).
Nonetheless, the 4th is a day that conjures up images of families, friends, and neighbors getting together with a picnic or a BBQ and hanging out with a cold beverage and some nice things to eat during the day...and at night having a beach chair or picnic blanket or a great seat to watch the show. (We have a large dog so this also involves a Thundervest and being pulled away from danger for at least one of us). It may also conjure up a reserved corporate park, an office deck or home with some great views where everyone gathers at various portions of the day.
The 4th comes with a lot of different catering needs. Companies may create picnics for people to have some prime BBQ or fireworks viewing locations. Families may gather with friends and neighbors to watch the fireworks show live or streamed. We have designed a few options to address -- we have a more small-group oriented feast with a mix of popular options. We also have picnic and BBQ menus that can reflect the diverse tastes of larger groups or some options to fill-in some grilling or cooking activities that are already happening. We'd love to chat about which options would work best for your group!
