Catering Experiential Events Across Los Angeles/ Orange County

Experiential events are immersive gatherings designed to engage participants actively and create memorable, interactive experiences. There is no passive sitting and watching here! Instead, attendees are immersed in a hands-on experience that hits them with activities, sensory experiences, and other elements that create a stronger emotional response and memorable engagement. The goals and production approach of experiential events can vary dramatically based on the relationship of the production to the attendee.

Our Approach to Catering Experiential Events

From our experience, the clients and producing agencies of experiential events generally come to us with a strong creative brief outlining the vision for the event and its intent. We love to collaborate early, when we can work to build out the culinary perspective on where F&B may be able to most impact the experience and how we can tailor the elements of that experience to meet requirements around pace, space & facilities. We bring a thoughtful and experienced group of chefs and service operations people to think through the real-world challenges of the experience to be created and how we can design something that will be able to deliver in the real-world at the right level for each attendee.

Part of that process to prepare for the event includes things like:

  • Working up front with you to define utilities, space, and equipment in the field and designing products that can be held and finished within those parameters
  • Taking the time to R&D different equipment, ingredients, assembly methods, etc to adjust for known challenges in the field
  • Refining event-specific recipes to ensure that the product can be produced in the right quantities, put out at the right pace, and hold in the expected conditions
  • Working closely with brand partners to identify and create the moment of magic that takes an event from enjoyed to shared/ promoted

We have substantial experience in helping brands to create compelling experiences across automotive, CPG, fashion, finance, fitness, health care, hospitality, legal, media, tech, and others. We would love to brainstorm ideas and see where we can help for your next experiential event!
