Our Guarantee

Not Hungry Catering Guarantees Customer Satisfaction with every full-service event that we coordinate

(Note: deliveries and events where Not Hungry 's coordination services are not used are not covered under our guarantee due to the number of elements outside of our control).

In the event that a customer is not satisfied with their event, Not Hungry Catering promises the following:

  • If client is dissatisfied by a particular item, Not Hungry Catering will refund the value of that item as invoiced (Net of any discounts)
  • If client is dissatisfied with any particular service or server, Not Hungry Catering will refund the value of that service/server as invoiced.
  • External Rentals are excluded from this Guarantee.
  • If client is dissatisfied with overall event, Not Hungry Catering will refund the Full Service Event Coordination Fee as invoiced as well as the above.
Client Requirements/ Responsibilities

To request a credit or refund, the customer must do the following:

  • Alert Event Captain or Lead Chef to issue with product or service immediately so they can attempt to verify and rectify.
  • If issue is not resolved to satisfaction, submit issue in writing to Event Captain or Lead Chef detailing the nature of the problem and why the product or service did not meet satisfaction. This must happen before Not Hungry Catering team leaves event.
  • If client is not available at end of event and authorized client representative cannot be found for a sign-out, client has by default acknowledged that they were satisfied by the event.
  • Provide any further details to Event Coordinator/Sales Contact as requested.
  • If client does not receive confirmation of submission within 24 hours, client must notify sales contact.
Disclaimer/ Conditions

Complaints submitted to Not Hungry Catering are subject to review for factual accuracy and Not Hungry Catering reserves the right to reject fraudulent or inaccurate claims including perceptions that do not match final and approved invoice.

Not Hungry Catering is not responsible for anything out of its direct control (Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover) e.g.,: Acts of God, major transportation issue (unplanned/unusual disruptions preventing timely access to event site), failures of electrical grid or infrastructure (water, sewage, etc), deviations from planned guest count, failure of client to provide accurate information, performance of other vendors, etc.
